This is digital genocide of Native Americans

“Genocide is the systematic elimination of all or a significant part of a racial, ethnic, religious, or national group.”
“Authentic Native American facebook pages are being systematically eliminated by foreign groups.”

In 2008 most, if not all, Native American facebook pages and groups were operated by Native Americans. Recently, I reviewed 10 Native American facebook pages and 8 were operated by non-natives.

In 2008 all Native American images were Native American or copyrighted by their respected creator–the way it should be. In September 2014, facebook introduced the DCMA copyright standards–more man made laws. Now most non Natives are capitalizing on these laws by adding their facebook URLs and copyright marks to every unmarked Native American image they can find …

Normally I would appreciate the extra enthusiasm for promoting my heritage, but there are a handful of groups that can easily have all authentic Native American pages eliminated.  These groups are reporting copyright infringement laws on art work from Native America. The only entities that are affected are the Native American facebook pages who share these images.

Here’s what I predict, in a very short time everyone will be enjoying Native American wisdom from foreign groups.

Update: In regards to the Ya-Native Network, I am developing two separate Standalone Social Networks on two different platforms as well as my original site. I started with the preferred network platform and the expenses became to much for this individual. I begun a second platform that I can afford while I search for seed funding.

Thanks again for providing me with the opportunity to develop this project. I am seriously at a snail’s pace when I have to finance the entire project myself… I will prevail because the Ya-Native Network is a necessary tool for Native America.

Where did all the Native American Facebook pages go?

I have seen many popular Native American(NA) Facebook pages disappear without a trace. I have research this and found that there are many reasons. A common cause being that the pages were created by a profile using ‘NA Names'(facebook does not consider government issued native status cards as official government ID). This is an additional topic all together. In particular, I revealed a group responsible for the removal of multiple NA pages and they are posed to eliminate many more NA pages.

… I operate multiple NA pages and websites, so I have a unique perspective of Native America on Facebook. I used to monitor and compare the  top five NA pages to better my ratings–those pages are all gone. This makes the YaNative page the most popular Facebook page for NA. Normally an admin in my position would be ecstatic, but the way I see it, that’s almost 5 million Native American facebook followers displaced!

The Ya-Native Network’s greatest threat is a group who is copyrighting existing Native American images, even the International hijackers who disrupted the network were less of a threat.

Out of my thousands of posts I share every year, I have only had one individual who has filed multiple copyright infringement violation reports against the YaNative Network’s facebook pages. She reported that I shared her memes, that she emailed me, without her expressed written authorization. She has successfully filed 6 reports which puts the YaNative Network in danger. I followed up with some research …

… This sadistic individual is downloading hundreds of existing Native American memes and images only to claim them as her own.  She adds one of her many copyright marks and recirculates them through other social media networks. Many of their copyright marks are well hidden. She is even adding her own copyright marks to existing copyrighted images/memes that have been circulating Social Media Networks for years. Her most recent copyright mark includes an ‘Idle No More’ type of stamp mark. I am aware of 6 copyright marks she uses. I also suspect she is claiming existing copyright marks already placed on images that were shared by many others from years prior. The copyright marks are relevant only to facebook designated copyright agents, so she does not have to prove her ownership to others. She is pure evil.

Her sole intention is to eliminate other NA facebook pages, I can not think of any logically explanation. Her copyright tactics are not profitable and don’t work anywhere else except with these new strict facebook copyright laws. She operates a Spiritual Lakota facebook page which is an overkill of copyright laws fully designed to entrap any Native American page owners who share any of their claimed copyrighted images. They also openly acknowledge how they have pages easily removed because the owner had a fake name (NA Name). They recently admitted responsibility for the removal of two NA pages and I fear many more. I hope your comments to this blog post will shine a light on the character of this group and its operators/owner.

Please forward this to any NA facebook page owner. The NA page owners will know exactly who I am referring to.

I will add page links with names, once this network is out of harms way.

I should mention that this vindictive lady resides in Sweden. She was in my friend’s circle for over 5 years and closely followed the success of the YaNative Network. She now mimics my practices on the page that she admins. In the past, I have posted dozens of pictures that she had shared with me. She continues to share hundreds of images she has gathered from the pages I operate. She started her complaining practices in August 2104, when she became a self-proclaimed spiritual adviser of a popular NA page that shares prayers and wisdom as Lakota Elders.

Check out the page owner and admins if you get a chance. They have refused to answer any questions regarding their Nationalities.

Thanks for your understanding.

Who is this BHA?

Who is Birgitta Hallgren Atem?

This lady from Sweden is boasting how she’s reporting many Native American facebook pages for sharing copyrighted content(she adds her name to existing memes). Birgitta and her associates even brag about how many pages they reported and had removed from facebook. At one point Birgitta’s associate comments “she had fake name, so that one was easy!”

Over the last couple of days her conversations on her facebook page, with her associates were disturbing.

Please let me know if anyone has experience similar negative dealings with this lady. I am filing a counter report to the DMCA designate agent at facebook.

Birgitta Hallgren Atem (page admin)
Richard Amerine (page owner)
The Great Spirit Wakan Tanka (the page)
She lives in Sweden and she claims to be Lakota.

According to the conversation on her facebook wall today(052215), Birgitta and her associates get a kick out of downloading Native American images and copyrighting them with  their own name then forwarding them to unsuspecting Native America Facebook pages, in hopes that they share the image. Then they immediately report it to facebook to take advantage of the new DMCA copyright laws. Native Americans facebook pages are being removed because of these false allegations by Birgitta from Sweden.

Many of the pieces Birgitta Hallgren Atem copyrighted were shared on my network from the years before, but according to facebook’s DMCA laws she owns them now that she added her name. Check them out in her collection! Most of her collection contain images I have share before. Most of her copyrighted items are popular images that have been circulating around Social Media Networks for years now. I noticed she uses a few different copyright marks– I know of three different ones she files reports with and there’s a few more uncredited copyright marks on her pages so she does use more then 5 different one to entrap Native American Pages.

To top it off, they actually brag about getting their copyrighted pictures removed from three different Native American Facebook pages today–one of them being mine.

Bottom line: I shared a meme that her friend shared on my page. She immediately reported it to facebook. This is the third time she has done this to me is the last six months.

Birgitta has been in my friend circle on my main facebook profile for years and since she started her page in Aug 2014 she’s become a real BITCH! Very possessive! I had to unfriend, then blocked her and that’s when she became evil towards me, at lease that’s what I thought…

Here’s a giggle: On her wall today, she goes off about how she “hates fake people who pretend to be real” …

If you get a chance ask her where she’s from?   🙂

I will add more information as I collect it…

Thanks for your time…

Facebook eradicated organic promotions. Now we see what they want us to see.

Around June 1st, the Ya-Native facebook fan page experienced a sudden drop in viewer stats. The usual 3.8 million average weekly viewers dropped to just over 200 000 weekly viewers. The drastic decline in viewer stats coincided with the launch of my personal  ‘Stop the Pipeline‘ Campaign. I quickly realized the sudden drops in all my pages where I have promoted the word ‘oil’. All my facebook profile pages, did not seem effected. As a remedy to the situation, I removed most of the oil related posts, the stats did climb from 200 000 to 500 000 immediately. I remain convinced that there are ‘Oil’ search filters in facebook and elsewhere.

I started my own little investigation it become notably evident that all protesting pages were eliminated from Facebook news feeds. Now, we don’t see any of the material that we liked as pages on Facebook’s new feeds or  promotions from ads that our friends found interesting, they’re all hiden. Everything to do with Monsanto’s GMOs’, oil spills, Fukushima , Idle no more, no to enbridge, stop the tar sands are eliminated and popular news blogs subscriptions that are friends ‘liked’ are gone.

In a nut shell, free speech is hidden. In a very short time you’ll noticed many of these independently owned and operated sites fall to the wayside. Only the big corporate sites will prevail. The sites with deep pockets. Does that sound familiar to you? The issues with theses corporate sites are that they are governed by man made laws and regulations-just like our educational school system.

For a freelanced Social Media Technician that operates an independent site like Ya-Native, this move diminishes everything we’ve worked for. My primary motivator are donations and promotions (likes, shares and comments) from the generous viewers. A normal person would tell himself “I’ve spent thousands of dollars, not to mention ‘the thousands of hours’ to make this network. I’d rather spend the time with my family then waste it on thankless work.” I must admit, I did experience a spiritual uplifting on September 17th 2012 in direct reference, so I will probably continue this project even though my saving are gone.

I used to hope to find sponsors that was interested in promoting has objective to over ten million viewers a month, now that is gone. Now-a-days everybody is just setting up facebook pages and calling that their Social Media Campaigns. There used to be a time when Facebook fan pages were the tool to use to promote your online entity. As of June 1, this marketing tool is not effective, almost pointless. If Facebook doesn’t change their ways and hype up the facebook fan pages like they should be, they are going to lose their vision. *** Corporations suck!

Thanks for your time …
